Operation Hours: Berlin Tegel Airport is open 24 hours. However, certain shops, food concessions, on-site accommodation and public and private transport services may not offer services throughout day and night. Also, services like airline check-in and baggage drop hours may vary with the flight schedule. Therefore, it is advised that you check with the airport.

Berlin Tegel Airport has a total of five terminals, which are Terminals A, B, C, D and E, respectively.

Luggage Wrapping: Luggage wrapping services at the airport from 05:00 till 21:00 hours. Bags are wrapped in plastic to protect them from damage and theft. The rates are €9,50 ($11.19 USD) for standard items and €11,50 ($13.55 USD) for bulk items. It is located in Terminal A, Service Centre, near Left Luggage office.
Luggage Trolleys/Carts: Luggage carts are available at the airport. These can be found in Terminal A.
Porter Services: Porter services are not available at the airport.
There is a Baggage Claim facility available at the airport.
Make sure to check with your respective airline as to what carry-on items (and their size) are allowed.
Lounge and Business Conference Room
At Berlin Tegel Airport, passengers can use public lounges, VIP lounges and business conference rooms, which may be available for free or paid in order to access these facilities. Although some lounges may not offer to dine, there are snack bars and restaurants nearby.

Advanced reservations are not accepted.
Mercure Airport Hotel Berlin Tegel: The hotel is located less than two minutes from the airport. There is an airport shuttle service available at no additional cost.
Central Hotel Tegel: The hotel is located less than five minutes from the airport. There is no airport shuttle service available.
Hotel is Borsigturm: The hotel is located less than 15 minutes from the airport. There is no airport shuttle service available. However, a taxi is suggested that may cost around €20 ($ USD).
Good Morning Berlin City West: The hotel is located less than 5 km from the airport. There is no airport shuttle service available.
Ground Transport Options To and From Berlin Tegel Airport
Getting to and from Berlin Tegel Airport should not be much of a hassle as you will find transport options. You can quickly find a convenient mode of transportation to meet your travel needs. The car hire/rental agencies or companies have their counters/stands in the Car Rental Centre, a designated area located on the lower level, near Terminal E and Car Park P2.

App-Based Ride Sharing Service
