Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport has a multi-level terminal building and is named after Joseph M. McDade. The airport terminal building consists of a ground floor (Level 1) and second level (Level 2), and a total of 8 gates i.e. Gates 1 and 2 on the lower level (Level 1) and Gates 3 through 8 on the upper level (Level 2). The concourse inside the terminal building allows passengers to conveniently get to facilities within the airport.
