24-Hour Flexible Booking Policy

  • There is a list of fares that allows a refund. A refund may be requested only for those. For this, a cancellation fee may apply. Most of the fares are nonrefundable or do not qualify for a voluntary refund. The value of your ticket is qualified to be applied towards the price of a new ticket. But this would cost a nominal fee. Tickets are valid for only 12 months limited time from the date of issue.
  • Your refund amount depends on several variables.
    • For example, if the tickets that you want a refund for are partially traveled then the refund will be calculated at a prorated amount which will be based on the rules of the ticket purchased and segments flown. If it’s applicable then fees and surcharges collected in conjunction with the ticket will only be refunded.
  • Refunds to the payments done by credit cards will be credited back within 7 business days & other refunds will be credited back within 20 business days.
