If you make a change in your reservation and the price of a new vacation reservation is higher than the original one, then the passenger will have to bear the difference. On the other side, if the price of the re-booked vacation reservation is lower than the original one, then the difference will be refunded to your account. The cost of this waiver is non-refundable. Subject to certain conditions, the airline will give you compensation for your vacation price through the combination of partial refunds or future travel vouchers. The ratio of future travel vouchers and refunds depends on when you cancel your vacation reservation.

Please note- If there is any change in the number of people who are occupying a room, then the remaining travelers will have to pay the additional cost incurred.

You can use your Future Travel Voucher like cash payments when are booking for only Sunwing Vacation or air. It is valid for only one year, you must use it within one year. The voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable in nature because it was issued in the name of the person who canceled his reservation. This waiver is only applicable to the Sunwing Packages that are booked through the airline only.

Sunwing Airlines Refund Policy:

If you fail to submit a request for your refund before the last date, then you will eligible to keep your Future Travel Credit. The travel credit will be valid up to September 30, 2026, you must complete your travel before that. That credit will not contain any cash value, also these are non-refundable and non-transferable.
