Operation Hours: The Albuquerque International Sunport Airport is open 24 hours. However, certain food concessions, transportation, and other facilities may not offer their services 24 hours. Airport Terminal

The Albuquerque International Sunport Airport has only one main terminal. The terminal connects three levels at the airport, called the 1st Level, 2nd Level, and 3rd Level, respectively. There is a commuter airline gate area, which is located on the 2nd Level, while gates for commercial passenger airlines are located at Concourses A and B.

Concourse A has gates A1 through A12, while Concourse B has gates B1 through B10.

Sunport Airport Parking Service

Basic Economy Lot: The airport parking area takes space for 357 vehicles and accepts both credit/debit and cash payments for passengers and it is located east of the parking area. It is accessed from the arrival level roadway to Girard, or by Gibson to Girard.

The parking lot offers a self-pay service and is accessible anytime and monitored round the clock. The Airport Parking Assistance is available via intercom with the parking office. The parking lot uses self-pay terminals.

Handicapped Parking: Handicapped Parking space is allocated on all levels of the Garage parking near the elevators. Parking space is specially designed for the handicapped near the elevator so that handicapped people can easily access the terminal. The Meditation Room is only open for the Guests, vacationers, and employees at the Sunport who wish to spend some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle.

The Albuquerque Aviation Department lately renovated and furnished the house with upholstered benches. Although no formal worship services are scheduled on a normal basis, the room is also used from time to time for prayer services.

Mail and Package Drop:
For the convenience of passengers, there is a USPS mailbox and a FedEx envelope, and a package box that is located outside the building on the east end of the ticketing level.

Cell Phone Waiting Areas:

Airport/Hotel Shuttle Services

Many travelers often find shuttle services to be very favorable as it saves them plenty of time when getting to the hotel and/or airport. Wind-Up

The Sunport is home to the original 1914 Curtiss Pusher Design Biplane, which is located in the Great Hall close to the north window. The biplane is believed to be the finest surviving example of an authentic Curtiss-design pusher. The New Mexico through Charles Walsh in 1911 and Lincoln Beachey in 1912 was designed after the first biplanes flew in.

Thus, to commemorate these landmark flights, the Albuquerque Museum and the Albuquerque International Sunport mutually bought this historical airplane for the natives of Albuquerque.
