Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport has two passenger terminals, namely Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Terminal 1 is the airport’s oldest terminal that handles all domestic flights and is located in Santacruz. Terminal 2, on the other hand, handles all international flights and a few domestic flights as well and is located in Sahar village. The two terminals share the same airside area.

The facility is located in Terminal 1B, Arrival Hall exit ramp, and International Terminal, near the integrated exit of T2.

Luggage Wrapping:
TravelProtect offers luggage wrapping services at the airport for a fee of Rs. 450 ($5.98 USD) per item. Bags are wrapped in plastic to protect them from damage and theft. The facility is located on the landside of Terminal 2, Level 4, near Check-In counters B-Gate 2, F-Gate 4, J-Gate 5, and N-Gate 6.

Luggage Trolleys/Carts:
Trolleys are available at the airport for rent. These can be found in the airside and landside of both terminals.
