Mariscal Sucre International Airport has a single, main Terminal building only. The Terminal consists of Level 1 and Level 2 sections. Level 1 is for Arrivals. Passengers on International Arrivals arrive through the North door, whilst passengers on Domestic Arrivals arrive through the South door.

Level 2 is for Departures. Airlines that operate domestic flights must use the check-in counters near hall A and for the south side use hall B for check-in, whilst airlines that operate international flights use the counters located on the north side of halls B, C, and D, respectively.
