Stockholm Arlanda Airport consists of four terminals. These terminals include T2, T3, T4, and T5, respectively. All international flights depart from T2 and T5 terminals, with T5 being the newer and larger of the two. On the other hand, all domestic flights depart from T3 and T4 terminals. • Long-term: Pre-book a spot in one of Swedavia’s low-cost long-term parking lots. Buses to and from the P1 and P2 Beta car parks stop at Terminal 4, so keep that in mind. It takes roughly 7 minutes to walk to Terminal 5. The buses then come to a halt at Terminal 2.

Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the terminals at the airport, in case you want to connect your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to access the internet. Free Wi-Fi (connect to “Airport-Guest”) is available for up to 3 hours or 100 MB. After that, you get kicked out and it is not possible to re-connect without paying. If you require more internet usage time or data, then you can purchase additional access with a credit card, which can cost SEK 49 ($5.17 US) for 1 hour or SEK 129 ($13.61 US) for 24 hours.

The Sidewalk Express offers pay-per-use internet stations. It is located in Terminals 2, 4, 5, and the landside of SkyCity.

Baggage Handling and Storage

Luggage Lockers:
Lockers and luggage storage facilities are available at the airport. Backport provides paid locker facilities and luggage storage services at the airport. Their fees vary. These can be found on the landside of T5, Level 1. The service operates from 5 am to 11 pm. Additionally, there are left luggage lockers located on the landside of SkyCity, T2, T4, and T5. Fees may vary from SEK 30-50 ($3-5 US) per 24-hour period.

Luggage Wrapping:
Backport also offers luggage wrapping services at the airport. Bags are wrapped in plastic to protect them from theft and damage. It is located throughout the Terminals.

Luggage Trolleys/Carts:
Luggage carts are available at the airport for free. These can be found throughout the Terminals.

Porter Services:
Porter’s services are not available at the airport.

There is a Baggage Claim facility available at the airport. Make sure to check with your respective airline as to what carry-on items (and their size) are allowed.

Lounge and Business Conference Centre

At Stockholm Arlanda Airport, passengers can use public lounges, VIP lounges, and business conference rooms, which may be available for free or paid in order to access these facilities.

Aurora Executive Lounge by Menzies:
The lounge is a location on the airside of Terminal 2. Access to the lounge is only for Schengen and Non-Schengen Departures and Schengen Arrivals from T2. Passengers can pay at the door or use pre-paid lounge passes and Lounge membership programs.

Arlanda Lounge:
The lounge is located in the airside of Terminal 5. at Non-Schengen, F-Pier. Access to the lounge is via lounge membership programs.

Menzies Business Lounge:
The lounge is located in the airside of Terminal 5, at A-Pier, Upper Level. So for transit passengers, you have to require a valid Schengen Visa. Access to the lounge is by paying at the door.

Menzies Executive Lounge:
The lounge is located on the airside of Terminal 5, at F-Pier. So for transit passengers, you have to require a valid Schengen Visa.

Norrsken Lounge:
The lounge is located on the airside of Terminal 5, at Pier A. Access to the lounge is via a pre-paid lounge pass.

Stores and Duty-Free Shopping

There are plenty of shops that can be easily found throughout the airport’s terminals and concourses. These shops sell a wide range of items, from children’s toys to fashion accessories for adults. You may also buy books, magazines, newspapers, etc., to help pass time during your stopover or flight delay.

Duty-Free stores are also available at the airport that sells all kinds of merchandise, including souvenirs. These are located in the airside of Terminals T2, T4, and T5 (Schengen and non-Schengen). Most shops open an hour before the departure of the first flight and close just after the departure of the last flight. There is a 7/11 service that is open 24 hours for those who need last-minute snacks and drinks for their hunger satisfy. It is located on the landside of terminal T5.

Cafe, Bar, and Restaurant

Finding snack and beverage options should not be a problem as there are many local and popular nationwide food chains at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. These cafeterias and restaurants are located throughout the terminals and concourses, giving you the best options to eat and satisfy your pre-flight craving.

Food concessions have been operated throughout the airport with varying schedules. A wide variety of dining options are also available and can be found at both the landside and the airside. Many food concessions throughout the airport operate according to flight schedules. However, there are no 24-hour options. The Sky Cafe located in Sky City is open from 2:30 am till 1:30 am.

There are also vending machines located in Terminals T2 and T3.

Chapel:

There is an inter-faith chapel at the airport. If you need a priest, a Church of Sweden priest is available on hand Monday through Friday. The chapel is located on the landside of T5 and is open from 5 am till 10 pm.

Children’s Play Area:

There are play zones for children at the airport. These are located at the airside of Terminal 2, Gate 67; the airside of Terminal 3; Terminal 4, Gate 31 and Terminal 5, Gate 3.

Baby Care Facilities:

There is a changing room available for babies. It is located landside, in SkyCity, between Terminals 4 and 5. Facilities such as diaper changing tables are available in all restrooms throughout the terminals. Strollers are also available for use in the airport which is free of charge and can be availed from check-in to the gate. Strollers can be picked up in T2, T4, and T5. Passengers of T3 can pick up a stroller from T2.

Fitness Centre:

There is a premium fitness center that passengers can pay to use. A gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and other facilities are available inside the SATS Fitness Centre in Radisson Blu, for a one-time visitor fee of SEK 200 ($21.11 US). It is located in SkyCity, landside, Radisson Blu SkyCity Hotel, 5th Floor. It is open from 5 am till 10 pm (Mon-Fri) and 7 am till 9 pm (Sat-Sun). Travelers can also pay to use the swimming pool, sauna, and gym at the Clarion Hotel Arlanda. It is open from 5 am to 9 pm.

Medical Services:

Medical consultation and vaccination services are available at the airport. The service is offered by the Airport Sky healthcare clinic. It is located on the landside of SkyCity, at Entrance A, 5th Floor. It is open from 8 am to 5 pm (Mon – Fri).

Additionally, AktiveraKliniken offers naturopathic medicine and massage therapy. It is located on the landside of SkyCity, at Entrance F, Level 6. It is open from 8 am till 5 pm. Therapeutic massage, medical podiatry, acupuncture, and chiropractic treatments are offered at Flygterapeuterna. It is located on the landside of SkyCity, at Entrance B (take stairs from the Airport Fashion Men store). It is open from 8:30 am till 4 pm (Mon – Fri).

Pharmacy:

There is a pharmacy Apoteksgruppen that provides a wide range of health and beauty products. Passengers can even get their prescriptions filled in their SkyCity location. The airport’s pharmacy can be found on the landside of SkyCity. It is open from 7 am to 8 pm (Mon-Fri), 9:30 am to 5 pm (Sat), and 9:30 am to 8 pm (Sun); the airside of T5, is open from 5 am to 9 pm (Mon-Fri and Sun) and 5 am till 7 pm (Sat).

Fax and Printing:

The airport offers fax and printing services at Backport.

ATM:

ATMs are available at the airport. You can swipe your bank card and withdraw cash at the airport’s ATMs if you’re running low on cash or need to make cash payments at other services or stores. You can find ATMs located at the airside in terminals T2, T4, and T5, and on the landside of SkyCity. ATM machine in terminal T5 Departure Hall dispenses both Swedish Krona and Euro currencies.

Currency Exchange Counter:

The currency used in the Nordic country of Sweden is Swedish Krona (SEK). Currency exchange and Western Union money transfer facilities are available at the airport. On the landside, there are Forex (T2 and SkyCity), SEB (T5 and SkyCity), and X-Change (three locations in T5). Their hours, however, vary according to the location with many opening as early as 5 am. At Airside, there is Forex (T5) that is open from 5 am to 10 pm.

Banking Services:

Banking facilities are available at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. SEB offers full-service banking. It is located on the landside of SkyCity. It is open from 10 am to 1 pm on weekdays only.

Radisson Blu Sky City:
The hotel is located inside the airport, between Terminals 4 and 5. Day rooms are also offered to guests for up to 8 hours. Guests can also walk or take the free inter-terminal shuttle ride to go from one terminal to another.

Rest and Fly:
The hotel is located between Terminal 4 (Domestic) and the escalator to SkyCity. Overnight rooms can be used for up to 10 hours. Day rooms can be rented by the hour between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm. Rooms do not have TV, but rates do include bedding and towels, i.e. 150 SEK ($15.83 US) for the first hour and 50 SEK ($5.28 US) for each subsequent hour. Guests must store their luggage in the airport’s left luggage facility or self-service lockers that can be found throughout the terminals. Shower-only packages are also offered to guests.

Radisson Blu Arlandia:
The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the airport. There is a free airport shuttle service that operates at a frequency of 15 minutes between the hours of 4 am till midnight.

Connect Arlanda:
The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport. It is a reasonably priced hotel with a free airport shuttle service available from 4 am till 12:30 am. The bus departs from the hotel at a frequency of 30 minutes. The transfer time is less than 10 minutes.

Jumbo Stay:
The hostel is located about 10 minutes from the airport. It is, in fact, a real 747 Jumbo Jet that has been converted into a hostel. Private rooms and a 4-bed mixed dormitory are available. There is a free round-trip airport shuttle service that operates at a frequency of 15 minutes from 5 am till 12 am, after which it runs according to flight arrivals and departures schedule.
