- Infants under 2 years are permitted to bring one collapsible stroller or one car seat

What are the general dimensions for Baggage allowed in Air Dolomiti?
- Checked-in suitcase may not exceed 158cm ( width +height + depth)
- Cabin bags may not exceed 115 cm (width+height +depth)

Only one cabin baggage is included for economy class fares and two for Business Class fares
What if your trip includes a connecting flight?
In such cases, your check-in luggage would be sent to your final destination as per Air Dolomiti Baggage Policy. Your final destination would be mentioned on your baggage claim tag.
In certain conditions, you will be required to collect your luggage and check it again for your connecting flight. They are :
If you have purchased two or more tickets from different airlines.
If your connecting flight departs from another airport other than the one you arrive at.
If your next flight departs the next day or if your transfer is more than 12 hours.

What If your Baggage gets lost or damaged?
If your baggage is misplaced then you should call or contact the airport lost department and you have to file a PIR which is a Property irregularity Report. You can check and trace your baggage by using the reference number. If still your bag is not found then you can get compensation according to the lost baggage regulations. In case your baggage is damaged then again you contact the Lost and found office. After that staff will determine your baggage and proceed with further reports of damage. If they found any damage and satisfy with your complaint then you will get compensation.
Hand Baggage Policy
Currently, there are changes in the Air Dolomiti baggage policy or rules for hand baggage. As per the new rule, passengers are, at the moment, allowed only to take one piece of hand luggage no matter what fare they have purchased.
As a result, if you bring 2 handbags, you can carry one bag on board but the other will have to be checked in. Your hand baggage that complies with the size and weight restrictions can now be checked in free of charge.

It is recommended to pay for your hold luggage 8 days before your flight departure otherwise you have to pay a higher rate at the airport.
For economy light fares
- For all flights within Europe
- If the booking is made online and up to 8 days before departure, you can purchase a single checked bag around 25 euros and
- If a booking is made online and up to 7 days before departure, one checked baggage would cost you around 30 euros
- If a booking is made at the airport, it would cost you around 50 Euros
At the same time, the excess baggage fee for a second bag would be around 80 euros
- For flights within Italy
- If the booking is made online and up to 8 days before departure, you can purchase a single checked bag around 15 euros and
- If a booking is made online and up to 7 days before departure, one checked baggage would cost you around 20 euros
- If a booking is made at the airport, it would cost you around 50 Euros
- Excess baggage fees for the second bag would be around 80 Euros
For all flights with all fares that include holding luggage, the second or extra suitcase would cost around 80 Euros.
Baggage Policy on Special baggage
Special baggage includes sporting equipment, musical instruments, or other special baggage. Passengers need to make a reservation for special baggage no later than 48hours before departure.
What are Air Dolomiti’s sports baggage policy and allowance?
If you have booked your flight on a fare that includes hold luggage, then you will be permitted to bring in sports equipment instead of a suitcase free of charge.
If your fare does not include hold luggage like Economy Light, then you will have to pay fees for it.
Kindly ensure that your sports items are within the specified size limitations. Its length should not exceed 2 meters and its maximum weight is 32 kg.
