If your flight was booked before May 31, 2022, the Airline gives you offers or waived on flight cancellation fee. Flight cancellation fee waiver is only applied when the cancellation is made a minimum of one hour before departure. Cancellations to flights booked directly through Porter can be made online. If you’ve booked directly thru Porter Airline’s official site so you can cancel, or a credit will be issued, but credit must be used within 12 months of the original booking date. 2. If you booked your flight reservation via a travel agency (third-party), you can obtain your travel credit details from that travel agency directly. They can raise and submit a refund request on your behalf if you want the same.

• If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, you will get a full refund of your canceled reservation.
• Your refund will be a credit to the original form of payment.
• If you booked your reservation by using flight credit, gift certificate, debit, or an expired credit card, you are not eligible for a refund. In such a case, you may contact the customer support of the airline.

• If your reservation is booked in Freedom, you are eligible to get a full refund for the cancellation of the reservation up to one hour before the flight departure. • For Standard & Flexible fare, you will get flight credit after charging the cancellation or change fee:

  • Travel Credits: If you want to keep your credit for future use, you don’t have to do anything for that. The validity of your credit up to December 31, 2022. It is fully transferable and also you can use it in installments until the full credit balance is used.
