Important information

You cannot transfer a flight credit.
To receive a Flight Credit, you need to make a booking that includes all passengers who were on the original booking. If all passengers no longer wish to travel together, contact your nearest Qantas office.
Conditions of cancellation will apply according to the original booking.
If you have unused flight credit which is issued after 31 January 2019 for booking on or before 30 September 2021, Now it is valid for travel bookings until 31 December 2023.

Flex fare type for cancel before/after departure No cancellation fee if canceled at least 60 minutes earlier than the scheduled flight departure and cancellation after No Show is now not permitted.

Flex fare type to cancel your reservation before departure No cancellation fee. And to cancel after departure Refund adjusted for journey traveled.

Asia fares

For Economy Class

If Sale cancels before/after departure Cancellation fee of A$400 applies.
If Saver cancels before/after departure Cancellation fee of A$200 applies.

For Premium Economy Class
