1. You will get a copy of the confirmation number online or via email.

2. Need to cancel or change the itinerary?
   • Visit ‘Manage Travel’ to update seat assignments, book luggage, upgrade, change flight dates or cancel travel.
3. Pack your bags.
   • A personal item: free. Each passenger can carry a personal item, such as a wallet or small backpack, which must be placed under the seat.
   • A carry-on duffel bag: the charge is required. Each passenger can take one carry-on luggage on the plane, but the luggage must not exceed the size requirements of the overhead luggage.
4. Check your flight status online or sign up for text reminders.
5. Sign in/get a boarding pass.
   • The boarding window will start 24 hours before departure and close 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
   • Retrieve boarding passes digitally on the Allegiant mobile app (recommended),
   • Or, check-in online and print your boarding pass to take to the airport.
   • The boarding pass printed at the airport requires a fee of $5.

Your reservation is non-refundable.

• After 24 hours, purchases are non-refundable. A credit voucher good for future travel will be issued for qualifying changes/cancellations.
• Itineraries cannot be changed within 7 days of departure, and no credit will be issued unless you have purchased Trip Flex.

Make changes up to 1 hour prior to scheduled departure with Trip Flex.

• Including Trip Flex at the time of booking gives you the flexibility to make a change or cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before departure without fees.
• Without Trip Flex, a change fee of up to $75 per person each way will apply, and within 7 days of travel, no changes are permitted and no credit will be issued.

💼 Baggage Information

The passenger can only get one personal bag item like a purse or briefcase only for free, otherwise anything other than that the passenger has to pay. The passenger has the option to pay in advance for carrying on baggage and check-in baggage for a better price than the airport. The pricing at the airport is high compared to purchasing in advance. 

• The passenger can pre-book up to 4 checked bags per person. Each bag can weigh up to 18 kilos or 40 pounds. The maximum size is 80 linear inches in height-width-length. Additional charges may apply for the excess of 18 kilos. 
• The maximum dimensions allowed for one free personal item of 7x15x16 inches
• The maximum size allowed for carry-on bags is 9x14x22 inches.
• The wheels and handles are included in the dimensions.

Passengers 

Passengers flying in the Allegiant flight can be of name age group, but there are certain guidelines, you have to follow according to the Allegiant age category of passengers.

1. Under the age of 24 months are categorized as an infant and they are allowed to fly in the Allegiant flight with the valid birth certificate with the proper guidance of the adult or by infant parents. You are allowed to carry an infant in either of the two options, one is on the lap of the adult or gradient, and the second one has its own seat, seated in an FAA-approved car seat.
2. Children flying with you, are of age 2 years to 14 years have to book their own ticket on the basis of birth certificate or any other identification which is must be required for ticket booking in Allegiant Airlines. They cannot fly alone but have to fly with a person age at least 15 years old.
3. From 15 years old to 17 years old are the passengers who must have their own passenger seat in the Allegiant flight, prove for booking is a birth certificate or any other identification proof mandatory to make a flight booking. Though they can fly alone in the flight. But not allowed to fly with weather advisory.
4. Passengers whose age is 18 or above, must have their own passports and book their own seat over Allegiant flight to fly worldwide.

A maximum of nine (9) passengers can be booked on an itinerary. To book ten (10) or more passengers, multiple bookings are required to accommodate all travelers.

Yes, it is. When booking other people’s tickets on the website, please fill in their information in the passenger’s detailed information section.
