Cancellation and refund policy

Within Canada/between Canada & the U.S.
For the Business Class (flexible), Premium Economy (flexible), and Latitude fares are fully refundable without cancellation fees. For Business Class (lowest), Premium Economy,(lowest), comfort/Flex, and Standard fares are non-refundable. The Basic fare is non-refundable and without credit for future travel.
International Travel
The Refunding of the ticket depends on the itinerary and the fare type you applied. If the ticket is refundable the cancellation fee is going to be something between $500- $590. The amount of cancellation shows the maximum payable fee though the exact fee may be less for some of the itineraries. For the Basic fare, the ticket is non-refundable without any credit for future travel.
