You can go to the homepage and click on the My Booking and enter your confirmation code plus your surname and continue with cancellation, change, or refund of your reservation. However, change or cancellation will be refundable if the ticket gets canceled before the scheduled flight departure, otherwise, the refund won’t be allowed.
