You will get your voucher within seven (7) working days of your request.

You can use that voucher for the payment of your future booking or for partial payment with British Airways. Your trip must be completed (departure and return) by Sept 30, 2023, which you booked by using the voucher.

  • Applicable to those passengers whose booking is made from March 3, 2020, onwards and your travel will be completed by August 31, 2022.

  • Date change and request for voucher must be made before check-in closes.
  • A fare difference must be made by the passengers.
  • The voucher will be non-refundable, after submitting the request for it. You can use it only for a future booking with British Airways.
  • You can use this voucher for the whole payment of new Holidays bookings and flights with British Airways only.
  • You are eligible to use this voucher for the full payment/partial payment of the future booking. The travel booked by using the voucher must be completed (departure and return) by Sept 30, 2023.
