Important information about Refunds

  • Most of the ticket is refundable but not all fares are refundable. Mostly business class and any time fare are refundable other ticket is valid for reuse but not refundable.
  • Refundable or unused tickets without any restrictions can be used for future traveling or refunded within one year from the issued date.
  • Approved refunds are provided on basis of your original payment form.
  • Airlines Refunds Department staff will process your eligible refund to the original credit/debit card within seven business days from the dating airline receiving your request. Your bank account can take approx 10 days to credit your refunded amount.

Reusable-out, anytime, anywhere and at a business price can only be used with passengers on the first ticket for a future trip within one year from the date of first purchase. Trips booked using these travel funds must be completed before the due date.
