• All international flights operated by ANA International Airlines Group are eligible to carry passengers who have done online check-in.
• Flights operated by partner airlines that are connecting to/from ANA international flights (Through Check-in) are eligible to carry passengers with online or web check-in.
• ANA Airlines’ domestic flights that are connecting to/from ANA international flights (Through Check-in) if eligible for online check-in passengers.

Restriction for ANA Airlines Online Check-in 

• If you are traveling with your infant then ANA Airlines Web check-in is no longer available for you. Here you can use airport check-in counters.
• When a flight is flying to/from Japan is a codeshare flight operated by another airline.
• Passengers who have requirements of any sort of special assistance or help such as a wheelchair or medical certificates can not avail of ANA Airlines’ web check-in service.
• If you have purchased extra seats in order to carry on bulky baggage also in that situation ANA Airlines is not available for you.

After ANA Airlines’ web or Online Check-in is done, passengers can receive their boarding pass by using either of the following options or methods:

• Mobile Boarding Pass – you can board by displaying the 2D barcode on your mobile device.

ANA Airlines Self-Service Check-in Machines

ANA Airlines Airport Counter Check-in

Passengers who have not checked in online or if they are not eligible to use ANA Airlines’ web check-in option then they must come to the airports to check-in for their flights.

• You can complete your check-in process along with your bags by 50-60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
• Passengers are requested to make their presence available at the gate by 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

ANA Airlines counters check-in instruction 

• Make sure that you are carrying all required documents for boarding such as passport, visa, etc., and also you must have your international flight ticket or e-Ticket itinerary receipt.
• After arriving at the counter for check-in, ANA Airlines will certainly check your documents such as passports, visas, and other must-required documents and issue you a printed boarding pass. Make sure you make your presence available with all the given documents.
