Important Notice for Azerbaijan Airlines manage booking

Please note that passengers of the flights performed from Azerbaijan during the COVID-19 pandemic should undergo mandatory testing for the Coronavirus in laboratories accredited by TABIB. While departing from other countries to Azerbaijan passengers need to present a certificate of the negative COVID-19 test result.

A certificate of testing for Coronavirus must be obtained no later than 48 hours before departure.

Passengers who failed to pass mandatory testing and to present a corresponding certificate at the airport of departure will not be allowed to board flights. Passengers showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter the airport terminal. Also, passengers who tested positive will not be admitted to flights.

Purchasing air tickets online at Azerbaijan Airlines

Reservation and purchase of tickets

Azerbaijan Airlines recommend that you reserve and buy tickets in advance from offices of the Azerbaijan Airlines flag carrier or its agents around the world.

After the competition of reservation, you will be provided with printed information specifying the deadline when you need to purchase the ticket.

If you do not purchase the ticket during the stated period, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the automatic reservations system and it can cause inconvenience in your planned journey.

In case you notice a mistake in your air ticket the air ticket can be canceled by Airline only within 3 hours from the time of air ticket issuance but at least 3 hours before flight departure according to the schedule. To do this, please contact the place of purchase of the ticket.

The validity of your air ticket

The ticket is valid for carriage of a passenger from point of origin to point of destination on route with the date and flight number on which a seat is booked in the class of service and the time specified in the ticket.

The tickets purchased under the normal fares are valid for the carriage of a passenger and his/her baggage for one year from the date of initial departure.

The tickets purchased at special fares are valid for a period from the date of your ticket issuance as defined in the “not valid after” column. It is possible to extend the validity of such a ticket for an additional fee.

Tickets are valid for transport only if the sequence of flight coupons is observed. If flight coupons are not used in the right sequence, the ticket becomes invalid.
